Our Team

Victor became a member of GMP in May 2022, but his connection to the GMP Family dates back to February 2006. He takes on various roles within the company, including Part Owner, Branch Manager, Estimator, and Project Manager. His academic journey at Texas A&M focused on Architecture, where he cultivated his enthusiasm for structures, restoration initiatives, and all things design-related. Gina became part of GMP in February 2006, initially taking on the role of office manager and gaining insight into different areas of the company. In August 2010, she was promoted to Bookkeeper, where she acquired a comprehensive understanding of business finances. In 2023, she had the opportunity to purchase GMP from Mr. Patrick Gorman and has since been managing the business alongside her husband, Victor Mendoza.
Alex began his tenure at GMP in January 2019 as an estimator, advancing to the role of Chief Estimator in May 2022. He possesses a deep understanding of waterproofing and estimating processes. Throughout his career, he has successfully estimated numerous significant projects and has served as a trusted advisor to various general contractors.
